Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted or faulty products.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please use the Contact Us page to request a return.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.     

​

You are responsible for the cost of returning the products.

We will refund the full purchase price of the returned products, including any applicable taxes, upon receipt of the products in good condition.

​

If the product is found to be faulty, we will arrange for the product to be collected at our expense and will provide a full refund or replacement.
